To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋風起,又係食火鍋的季節,同屋企人一行7人去左呢間有機火鍋的餐廳開餐,訂呢間試因為想試下有機菜,因為新開張,有7折優惠。1)黃豆苦瓜排骨湯(唔記得影相)我阿爸一飲就知無味精,又有苦瓜甘味,值得一試2)蕃茄金雕魚鍋是用gas 爐煲住食吃到新鮮的有機野生魚同蕃茄,另外又有薯粉,海帶及豆腐干片做配料,有水準3)鮮黑草羊腩煲由店長推介,羊腩唔羶,連我呢D長期唔食羊嘅人都食左幾舊。4)椰子走地雞煲好香的椰子味,有特別食法,D雞又嫩又滑,記住飲D湯。5)口水走地雞(半份)叫左辣油分開上,因為屋企人有人唔食辣油,D雞肉幾彈牙,鍾意食口水雞記得試第一次食有機菜,原來真係幾甜,原來一直食梗D帶有苦味的農藥菜廿幾年,係時候要叫阿媽開始買,餐廳近門口位置有一包包有機菜放喺凍櫃,價錢睇過唔貴$1x/包下次會再來試其他菜式。埋單$150/人
