To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 第一次試「如•享菜單」,面向荃灣海景,環境高級又大氣,食物質素超高,真是驚喜滿滿。「如•享菜單」每週一至週四晚間供應,每位$628淨價(兩位起)。一開始的前菜是脆皮燒腩仔,外皮烤得酥脆,再配上清爽的XO醬蔥油海蜇花,真是開胃。接下來是奢華的竹笙螺頭燉花膠筒湯,這湯特別滋補,喝完讓人感到暖暖的,很舒服。我最喜歡的是脆釀焗鮮蟹蓋,酥脆的蟹殼裡滿滿的鮮嫩蟹肉和芳香的忌廉,超級好吃。6頭南非鮑魚扣鵝掌真的是奢華享受,鮮嫩的鮑魚和鵝掌搭配,膠質豐富,味道濃郁。上湯蒜子浸時蔬簡單又精緻,新鮮的時令蔬菜在上湯和蒜子中浸煮,天然味道十足。薑蔥鮑汁蝦籽撈麵,由蝦籽、薑和蔥,再加上鮑汁燜煮,口感豐富。甜品方面,蝶豆花豆腐凍精緻又唔甜,配上酥脆的如心蝴蝶酥,為整餐劃上完美句號。這次的用餐體驗讓我對如心酒店的「如•享菜單」印象深刻,無論是環境還是食物,都讓人回味無窮。
