「如」位於荃灣西如心酒店,以美味的粵菜佳餚見稱,裝潢融入時尚的元素,寬敞的用餐區,營造出絕對優雅氣氛。這次選了「如.享菜單 (HKD628/位)」,晚市菜單,包含了六道高級粵菜和一款甜品,各款菜餚都是極具心思,用上了矜貴食材,價錢不離地,物超所值。最驚艷的有:竹笙螺頭燉花膠筒湯、脆釀焗鮮蟹蓋、六頭南非鮑魚扣鵝掌等。以前菜脆皮燒腩仔配XO醬蔥油海蜇花打開味蕾,燒腩仔皮很脆,肉脂比例完美!竹笙螺頭燉花膠筒湯簡直是太神太好喝!花膠筒是原條上,滿滿膠原蛋白,入口很滑很順,每一口都是精華。脆釀焗鮮蟹蓋外層香脆可口,內裏的蟹肉量很足,鮮甜的蟹肉亦可沾喼汁吃,實在是佳品。第四道菜是六頭南非鮑魚扣鵝掌,鮑魚肉質柔嫩細滑,味道鮮美又入味,光是這四道菜已經是值回票價了!下一道菜是上湯蒜子浸時蔬,用來清清味蕾就最好不過,不得不讚他們只用上菠菜葉的部分,把莖和根都切走了。最後以薑蔥鮑汁蝦籽撈麵、蝶豆花豆腐凍配如心蝴蝶酥作結。這間不論服務、食物質素、勝價比等都很好,讓人有一試難忘的感覺,真心推薦大家去試看看!

午餐時段去吃,前一天還預訂了一客香熏醬油雞,上菜打開的時候嚇一跳,超級精緻地會有一道香薰煙霧散開,味道很吸引! 配上醬油鹹味適中,也有雞味୯(⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠`⁠*⁠)୬值得一提的是這裏的酥點很值得吃,外皮熱辣辣而且好酥脆,叉燒酥一試難忘。特別菜品秘製柚皮也不是所有菜館都能夠品嚐,很值得一試,柚皮吸滿瑤柱醬汁,一絲一絲,超好味!

我只係食咗琥珀合桃、牛肝菌腸粉同蘿蔔絲酥餅,肉食評價係嚟自其他人架

整體嚟講,餐廳環境好,窗口位的景觀開揚,有海景;侍應服務唔錯,不過可能父親節茶市人多,唔係每次有需要時都有人留意到,不過只要侍應留意到,佢哋都會主動幫忙,如斟茶。價位算高,例牌叉燒$298,同攞奬的明閣一樣,而點心的價錢亦拍得住酒店中菜的價格。呢個價位,食物點都有一定水準,但唔係樣樣都出色。坦白講,同價位有好多選擇,甚至有更好的選擇,對我嚟講,呢度有一個優點(對其他人嚟講應該係缺點):佢俾人的感覺係平易近人又有少少classy,頭先提過,老人家去開普通茶樓,有時出入高級地方食嘢,心理上未必接受到,而呢度雖然環境同服務都唔錯,但茶市時係有普通茶樓的喧鬧,即係食客都係會高談闊論,比較嘈。對於我哋呢啲尋常百姓嚟講,咁樣反而舒服自在啲~
