To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不時與家人前來科學園飲茶，志在有得泊車，今日特別走到新翼試吓新店。此店地利優越，一樓泊車，停車場出口就到，放便老人家唔駛走上走落。店舖開10點，我們10點到仍未開門，扣分！等了差不多10分鐘，才可入座。座位近窗，環境唔錯，只係枱與枱距離過迫。點了好幾款點心，點心種類算新派，牛肉球是放湯的，但食不出有何特別。流沙包算趣緻，但就只有兩件。鳳凰糯米雞就算大份，煎出來的效果幾好，這款點心其他酒樓比較少，另外一款麻辣牛肚陳村粉亦是惹味之作。
