To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家人食飯通常會去d傳統少少既地方食所以我地係酒樓既常客今次試下d酒樓既新野 - 蒸氣火鍋 俾大家睇睇蒸氣火鍋究竟係咩一回事先如片中所見其實有別於一般火鍋既就係佢無湯底只靠蒸氣蒸熟食物由於無味精既關係相對上會比較健康(同埋淡)每擺一種食材落去要蓋番個膠蓋然後計時張menu上已經寫左每樣食材要蒸幾多時間一般都係2-3分鐘建議各位可以學我地咁將所需時間一樣既食物一次過放落去蒸會比例節省時間 由於蒸氣火鍋無湯底, 相對野食會淡d所以我地叫左好多海鮮因為佢地自身已經好鮮甜配少少豉油已經好好味!例如呢個鮑魚大大隻咬落爽口唔痴牙點少少豉油已經好令人回味!5分滿分! 我地又點左帶子呢度d食材真係唔錯同鮑魚一樣帶子都係好大粒咬落唔韌口夠哂新鮮!俾5分! 海鮮食材比其他肉類較新鮮所以建議大家食蒸氣火鍋時多點海鮮而且亦會比食一般火鍋時更加感受到海鮮自身既鮮味
