To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人食午餐的好處，就係想食乜就食乜，睇評論「張三」好似唔錯，就date下佢先。Lunch Set選擇都幾多，但就主要係意粉，花多眼亂之下，揀左「菠菜烤雞忌廉意粉🍝」，貪佢有啲菜健康啲。是日餐湯係西蘭花忌廉湯/羅宋湯，咁當然揀前者啦，特別啲嘛😂😂😂。果然無令我失望，個湯好滑☺，食到西蘭花碎，味道就偏清淡但我接受到。飲左一半，意粉來了😎初初諗過「忌廉」會好似Carbonara 咁漏，上碟一睇醬汁竟然唔杰身😲，因此食完都唔覺飽飽濟濟，而且味道都不俗。菠菜的份量唔會hea俾交貨，仲配有少量雜菌😍。意粉用蒜蓉炒過，夠晒惹味，軟硬度亦適中。抵讚的係雞扒煎得好香，同時保留到肉質嫩滑👍👍👍；唯一不足就無乜雞味 (唔係用鮮雞無辦法啦)。留意返…餐廳地方唔大，如果lunch time唔早少少嚟，就要排一陣啦。另外店員唔多 (一位負責廚房、一位負責水吧+收銀、一位樓面)，所以想額外叫小食，需要等較耐時間，因為會處理晒lunch set order先。題外話…唔好信google map講的位置😒，應該要再行過一個街口先啱 (即郵局附近)。
