To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「清湯牛腩生麵」真的好「清湯腩」同好「生麵」：清湯腩出水次數不多- 一層薄薄的油衣，原汁原味。牛腩軟膠分明，好有咬勁；肉帶黐牙，果真爽腩。生麵淥的時間剛好，麵條長而分明，用的也不是劣貨…口感爽，梘水更「爽」。媽咪級「廚師推介」。另喝「強烈推介」的阿華田：出色得有點兒…希望真的不是「三合一」吧！（若然，也真是落本）
