To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過石硤尾,瞥見一間裝修極具60、70年代風味的冰室,適逢「五臟廟」嗚鼓,於是順勢推門光顧。點了一個午市套餐:木瓜花生眉豆湯+四寶飯+熱奶茶 木瓜花生湯:有大量花生、眉豆和豬骨,味道稍淡,不是一般的「師父」湯,沒有嗆喉感覺,難得!四寶飯:有太陽蛋、炸鷄中翼各一,紅腸和义燒數片伴以豉油和白飯。太陽蛋和炸鷄中翼都是即做,所以吃時還熱氣騰騰,太陽蛋更是脆邊;而鷄翼不單是皮脆肉滑,還有肉汁流出。最叫我感意外驚喜的是哪數片紅腸,它是經過煎煮,吃時陣陣香脆,並不是就此原條切片奉客的貨式可比。义燒是全瘦,味道普通。熱奶茶:我是要茶走,夠熱,夠香滑,有茶味。還是哪句老話,食物不在乎貴賤,只要用心煮,也能散發出美味。
