住左係九龍城多年,食左無數泰菜,間間都咁上下,都係Pad Thai, 串燒之類social media見到呢間豆姨姨,望落都覺得啲菜式同食開既泰菜好唔同,所以決定黎試試蠔仔炒蛋同平上時食開既好唔同,蠔仔超多,肥美多汁,蛋既部分有啲似souffle 口感,鬆軟蛋香好重,上枱時熱辣辣,超惹味泰北拼盤係完全未見過既小食組合,樣樣都好特別,酸豬肉,紮肉,咖哩腩肉等等,全部都好有特色,不過可能未必好啱香港人口味泰式炒金邊粉同平時食既好唔同,先講佢鑊氣超夠,亦炒得好香,香氣十足,份量好夠又唔會過油
