To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

適逢台風天的周二,趁著傍晚風力減弱出門覓食。第一次來到君悅酒店(Grand Hyatt Hotel)二層的Steakhouse,隨處可見紅木、石藝、絲絨及鏡片堆砌的裝飾,一進門就被濃濃的美式風情包圍。這裏主打來自美國、英國和日本的牛扒,餐牌上也見到澳洲產地的牛肉,選擇不少~被台風天包圍了成日,坐下就餓的不行,點了幾樣馬上開始大快朵頤。🔸前菜點了法國的生蠔,當天只有兩款,不過都相當不錯:一款口感綿密creamy,唇齒留香,另一款清爽宜人,汁水飽滿礦物質和海洋的風味。🔸另一道前菜蛤蜊周打湯,雖說是蛤蜊為主,但其中加入了新鮮龍蝦肉塊,增添了口感的豐富性。雖然對我來說這道湯的奶油味尚缺幾分,但總體依然滿足了對海鮮奶油湯的渴望。🔸牛扒我們點了Porterhouse,包含了T骨兩邊的Tenderloin和Sirloin,分量上來說適合2-3個人,如果是一家人去的話推薦點這個!牛扒烹煮的效果是偏向保持肉質的細膩鮮美,口感較軟,極易入口,吃得多了還可以配上餐廳自制的6種芥末調調口味。今天餐廳訂的比較滿,我們被安排在靠窗的小桌子,其實也別有一番風情,特別適合約會和姐妹談心局,點上一杯酒,靜看窗外斜風細雨
