剛在荃灣廣場行街,之後在附近一間出名的道地居酒屋試一試。我們6:00到達,剛開門,沒有太多客人,靜靜的,不錯。很喜歡牆壁上面滿佈特色的日本海報,加上日本燈籠,以及柔和燈光,整個裝修氣氛不錯。先叫了兩杯飲品,自家手作梅酒清甜香滑,白桃特飲調製不錯。水母刺身,作為送酒前菜,一流,檸檬嘅酸,與水母刺身的新鮮味道,混合得剛剛好。三點盛合:三文魚,油甘魚,赤身,全部厚切,肥美甘甜,入口即溶。另外,叫了邊提,感覺像鵪鶉蛋加肉,罐罐燒的蠔鮮甜,海膽夾羅燒屬於新穎菜式,擺設精美,加上飯團一起吃,新穎。除了小食,仲叫咗番茄三文魚濃湯烏冬,個湯好龍好好味,被烏冬吸收後,加上大大隻帆立貝,大大隻蝦,好抵食。最後因為送酒,叫了一堆炸串:宮崎腸,一口和牛,黑豚肉,鵪鶉蛋,秋葵 … 全部都係送酒的,好伴菜。這個份量,應該夠三至四人食,所以今晚極度滿足!
