去左外國讀書嘅朋友返咗嚟香港,約佢去呢間咁有日本氣息嘅居酒屋,佢都非常滿意。三點盛盒,三文魚,油甘魚,赤身各2片,大件又新鮮滋味。松葉蟹肉玉子燒,比起一般玉子燒更加好味,加咗松葉蟹肉,食落多少少鹹香,味道有層次又豐富,即叫即製玉子嫩嫩,好食!海膽甲羅燒,又係非常滋味,一定要食!海膽同蟹膏香口,濃郁獨有嘅香氣係口腔蔓延,啖落仲有粒粒蟹籽嘅脆口,配埋煎香咗嘅飯糰一齊食,啖啖好滋味!辛辣味噌牛筋肉鍋,呢個預期之外嘅好味,估唔到牛筋肉同味噌係咁搭配,之前未試過,有少少辣味,好入味。仲有加咗韭菜,蔬菜,金菇同埋粉條,吸晒湯汁。串炸,揀左日本白板魚蛋,雞髀肉,鵪鶉蛋,秋葵同三文親子串。日本串炸好有特色,魚蛋qq彈牙,鵪鶉蛋又夠香,三文親子好特別,入面係嫩嫩三文魚,外面有沙律醬同三文魚籽鋪面。邊飲白桃特飲同黑啤酒邊嘆美食,係呢個充滿日本氣息嘅餐廳聽歌傾計,真係非常滿足嘅一餐!
