To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 4月尾親戚請去食晚飯,除咗環境舒適之外,估唔到菜式都非常好,尤其北京填鴨兩食最為驚喜。填鴨皮脆肉嫰,咬落去仲有肉汁同少許油香咇出來,10個人秒速幹掉2大隻。琴晚老媽子想用埋d消費券,豪氣請我一家去食,佢仲話等佢試吓係咪咁正(佢上次冇去)……OMG, 今次真係比佢yo到暈,堅差!!!性價比超低啦,鴨送過來已經心知不妙,乾到巢皮,仲有部份黑晒,完全唔同上次漲仆仆立立令。本住鴨不可貌相,同對呢間東來順嘅名,安慰自己唔會咁差嘅……食完一件已經冇聲出,皮係un嘅咬唔開,似紙皮feel,肉係乾嘅,冇味嘅(香味同味道都冇), 老媽子話吓任何一間北x樓呀,普通商場京菜中菜酒樓都好過佢喎, 似係翻焗……連2個仔都識話上次好食好多,細仔仲只係食咗1件都唔食。如果冇品質控制,真心唔好做臭個名啦,仲諗住阿妹一家返來再食,真心唔洗再去,咁嘅價錢應該都有其他選擇!
