To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首次去碩門呢個地方, 出左馬鐵站隔離有個商場先知道有呢間酒樓!場地主要用作婚宴用途, 裝飾以新式華麗水晶燈, 新式枱椅擺設, 平日晚飯時間人流唔算多有特價套餐, 特惠之選及超值圍菜供應當然亦有散叫小菜, 燒味及海鮮京式片皮鴨只要左一食, "片"左一碟份量, 皮都脆同唔多肥膏痴住, 配以薄餅包住食, 味道都算可以!薑䓤生蠔煲 - 一客有6隻蠔, 煮完都算大隻, 食落腍滑無腥味, 配以大量薑䓤爆香, 加添一份香味!野菌家常豆腐 - 賣相頗靚仔, 一客有小棠菜, 雜菌及滑豆腐, 材料配搭OK, 味道都唔錯!西蘭花炒澳洲帶子 - 食物顏色吸引, 有齊紅黃綠, 西蘭花偏有咬口, 帶子都唔算細粒, 食落有少少帶子味!啫啫通菜煲 - 以蝦米及醬料炒通菜再放入煲內, 通菜尚算"當造", 食起黎唔會老, 唯油份量略多, 食到底部時較肥膩!
