Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 辣咸魚— 🌶️間唔時見到印尼嘅工人佢哋打地舖買食物,🌶️其中一款就係辣咸魚,同我哋所認識嘅鹹魚如出一轍都係用海鹽醃製將魚體內嘅水份排出剩低落嚟嘅就係最鮮嘅肉質,🌶️就咁食就會傾向太鹹,🐟所以佢哋自己調製咗青紅辣椒嘅汁嚟中和返,鍾意食辣嘅話,🫑呢一個幾有挑戰性,同事都係佢哋嘅特色小食🌶️

牛肉沙嗲— 🍢有咖喱當然唔少得有沙嗲串燒啦,佢哋同樣都特別擅長於整沙嗲汁同埋串燒,🍖可以見到色澤上係非常之深潤,因為用咗唔少嘅醬料一邊燒一邊加落去令到食慾更加強,🥩肉質仍然保持濕潤,最緊要係筋根同埋唔韌,呢一點都已經大大加分。🍢另外佢哋嘅沙嗲汁亦都相對濃郁。加埋少少花生落去更加香🥜

珍多冰— 🍹以飲品嚟講嘅話椰子類系列都係佢哋出名嘅飲品,🧉呢款珍多冰同泰式嗰種差唔多,但係佢哋嘅配料就用咗斑斕粉條,🧉但有少少雲呢拿香配埋一啖嘅椰汁冰形成幾有震撼而且強味道,🍹底部仲有紅豆,配料落手都唔少,成杯都係比較濃郁🥥
