To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細個比印尼姐姐湊大,所以無意中見到呢間印尼菜嘅時候令我好想試下。本身以為呢啲菜式比較冷門應該會冇乜人,點知要排隊之外,入面都座無虛席,完全係意料之外!原條魚花膠湯粉皮將海鮮攞去燒係印尼菜嘅一大特色,可以見到條魚用咗好多香料去醃,而且條魚外皮燒得好脆,但肉質仲保持得好juicy嫩滑。碗湯雞湯味好香濃,飲完唔口渴,入邊仲有舊花膠同鮑魚。粉皮類似香港嘅腸粉,配埋花膠湯一齊食又嫩滑又滋潤。燒雞斑斕尖塔飯斑斕飯食落真係有淡淡的斑斕味,而且入面見到少少班蘭葉,可見廚師係真係用足材料去製作。燒雞配上一碟甜甜辣辣嘅醬汁,印尼人果然都係食得辣,嗰醬汁嘅辣味後勁好勁。印尼四大天王飯 四大天王包括左巴東牛肉,印尼版海南雞,沙嗲雜菜同埋花生沙甸魚。巴東牛肉用咗牛腱部份,所以肉質好淋好好咬,配埋嘅醬汁好香濃,超好味!另外值得推介嘅係佢嘅花生沙甸魚,食落甜甜地好開胃,撈埋飯食又係另一個特色,總之成碟好多配搭,任君選擇。牛肉沙嗲三串呢度嘅沙嗲串好出名,所以點都要嗌黎試吓。牛肉部位係用咗牛肋條,外皮燒得微微香脆,重點當然係佢嘅沙嗲汁,印尼嘅沙嗲汁比泰式嘅偏甜,入邊有好多花生碎,果然係佢哋嘅招牌!總括而言印尼菜幾有特色又啱食,聽到隔籬位都讚不絕口,願意嚐鮮嘅人士值得去try try。 continue reading
