To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搵銅鑼灣午餐有咩好食嘅時候,見到呢間好多好評就嚟試吓,係我第一次食印尼餐廳。餐廳唔係好大,得五六張枱,午餐時間12點幾嚟到,好彩都唔洗等位,店員係印尼人,亦都好多印尼人嚟食,同埋係keep住有人入嚟幫襯。有午市套餐,不過午餐都係得個主菜,冇野飲,價錢同主餐牌又差唔多,咁主餐牌就多好多選擇。叫咗個午餐印尼咖哩牛腩飯 $78加飲品原來有特價,叫咗杯青檸梳打有特價。咖哩好香,唔辣的,牛腩比較爽口彈牙,唔係好軟腍嗰種,旁邊堆配菜都幾好食。主餐牌嘅炸魚飯 $98好抵食,條魚好大條,估唔到有成條魚,因為單點一條魚係要$118,但呢個炸魚飯只係$98,仲以為係得半條,點知都係成條,好抵。叫之前唔知係咩魚,好擔心會唔會好多骨,結果係超少骨,只有幾條大骨。魚皮超脆,食落仲係脆卜卜,魚肉好嫩,唔鞋,亦唔乾,入面鎖住好多汁,同埋係超勁魚味。飯有白飯/黃薑飯/班蘭飯,炸魚飯係配白飯,又唔見有寫可以加錢轉班蘭飯。附上一兜辣蓉,唔知撈飯定點魚,食咗勁細啖已經好辣,用咗少少撈飯,用嚟點魚個魚味更突出。飯旁邊有舊豆腐,好軟熟好香豆腐味,仲有舊唔知乜餅。牛肉沙嗲串燒$38牛舌沙嗲串燒$42兩款都好香,牛舌好腍,牛肉有啲筋,沙嗲汁好香好味。最後買多件班蘭蛋糕$25拎走試,好軟熟,好香班蘭味。

今日假期,同朋友喺銅鑼灣行街食飯🍽️。平時我好少食印尼菜,但今日試到正宗嘅印尼菜,真係令我難以忘懷✨。Nasi Ayam Pandan(斑蘭雞飯)HK$78造型勁吸引,呢道菜嘅雞肉嫩滑,份量好多,香氣四溢🍗。搭配嘅椰漿飯更係令整體口感升級,讓人回味無窮。Nasi Goreng Spesial(印尼炒飯)HK$98炒飯調味恰到好處,米飯粒粒分明🍚,搭配新鮮蔬菜同蛋絲增添層次感,仲有串燒🌭,絕對係炒飯愛好者嘅最愛!Risoles(牛肉卷)HK$58上枱大大舊,牛肉卷口感酥脆,內餡豐富🐂,牛肉嘅鮮味與香料嘅搭配令人驚喜,適合當作前菜。Oseng Kangkung Terasi(馬拉盞炒通菜)HK$78通菜炒得恰到好處,保留咗脆口感🥬,搭配嘅馬拉盞醬料增添咗獨特嘅風味,非常開胃!Sate Bakso Cumi x2(花枝丸沙嗲)HK$38沙嗲醬嘅香味濃郁,搭配嘅花枝丸彈牙有勁🦑,呢道菜嘅組合令我一試成主顧!

印尼正宗巴東牛肉飯($78)巴東牛肉味極濃,香料味重,尤其香茅味,牛肉煮得好腍,雖然唔算係軟身,但口感不錯。另外仲有一份雜菜,面頭淋上沙嗲醬,沙嗲醬味濃帶甜,配埋雜菜一齊食都幾夾。班蘭雞飯($78)啲雞有驚喜,肉嫩且滑,就算胸位都唔係好嚡。班蘭飯聞落好香椰汁味,大啖食落又有班蘭味,而且中間有啲魚乾仔,又有少少咸香味。羊肉沙嗲串燒兩串($48)即燒,醃料味濃,羊肉肉質紮實,接近無羊騷味,點埋沙嗲一齊食(呢個沙嗲醬嘅甜味,比雜菜嗰款少啲),無得輸。印尼咖啡涼粉冰($28)大大杯,正常嘅印尼咖啡味道,涼粉切幼條。餐廳目測全部都係印尼人,而且好多印尼姐姐幫襯,應該都幾正宗啩。PS:只收現金。沒有加一服務費。
