To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同友人去尖沙咀行街,佢話想去飲茶。一路沿著星光大道行,行行下見到一間叫做星光行既商場,就打算入去望下。入佐商場一路行竟然發現有兩間酒樓,一間叫翠園,另一間就係潮庭。友人話食過翠園,所以想試下食潮庭。一入到去,見到餐廳滿座率7成,相信食物既味道都唔會話太差既。我地叫佐一個沙爹金錢肚,沙律炸蝦角,豉汁蒸鳳爪,水晶蝦餃皇同埋蒸腸粉。1) 沙爹金錢肚先講沙爹金錢肚,金錢肚味道超重沙爹味,同出面既酒樓比,呢間既金錢肚係重口味少少,但就岩哂重口味既我。鐘意食重口味既你黎到一定要點呢個點心呀。2) 蒸腸粉至於淨腸粉,腸粉既皮好薄,呢個真係整得好,因為出面既腸粉好多時都厚皮。配上甜醬同埋花生醬一齊食簡直係一流,好食到停唔到口。3)水晶蝦餃皇蝦餃同樣地做得出色,蝦餃最緊要就係外皮,蝦好多,啲蝦食得出係新鮮既。4) 炸蝦角炸蝦角入面蝦好多,啲蝦食得出係新鮮既,外皮酥脆,點埋沙律一齊食,係正既。5)豉汁蒸鳳爪豉汁蒸鳳爪入面既花生配上啲豉汁食好香口。總括而言,呢間酒樓既點心相對較重口味,非常岩我胃口,鐘意重口味既你一定要黎試下食呢度既點心。😆😆😆
