To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下次再黎觀塘又想食辣野排下毒真係要再黎，可以食到出佐一身汗，夠晒刺激呀！涼拌皮蛋🤡呢好以為呢個會唔辣，其實都係辣架，只不過係小辣，皮蛋好軟糯好粘口，口感好好，好甘香，加上辣油青瓜絲蔥絲去涼拌，辣味突出，又甘甜又辣，幾有層次！麻辣夫妻肺片👻呢個其實係唔同牛既內臟加牛肉組成既，牛肚我最岩食，好爽嫩，好有咬口，牛舌都幾腍幾正，全部切到薄片咁就更加吸收到啲辣味，撈埋啲青瓜絲同芫茜一齊食就更加香，真係做到又麻又辣，非常之掂呀！乾鍋田雞👹用瓦煲去爆炒既田雞真係更加惹味架，田雞炒得好乾身，一啲都唔油膩，但又吸收再晒辣椒青椒爆炒出黎既辣，而且田雞肉比雞肉更加滑身，滑捋捋既田雞肉夠晒辣，口感味道都無得彈！麻辣牛肉👺牛肉真係好麻好辣，好香，味道好濃，雖然望落炒得好乾身，但食落一啲都唔會鞋口，仲係腍既牛肉片，又有啲芝麻就更加香口！
