距離上一次唻鮨處松戶已經大半年因為喺樓上嘅關係餐廳嘅位置非常闊落雖然已經夜晚九點但大半位置都full咗上次唻嘅時候食嘅刺身同壽司質素都好好今日嗌咗個雜錦刺身(特上)水準依然有牡丹蝦 三文魚 油甘魚 油甘魚腩 赤貝 海膽 仲有三塊厚切中拖羅赤貝爽甜 海膽濃郁 中拖羅嘅油香十分肥美今次除咗刺身之外仲想試一試佢嘅和食帶子牛油燒帶子本身非常百搭用咩去煮佢就會有啲咩味熟食只要負責厚身肉嫩就ok用牛油雜菌煮非常香口炸牛肉薯餅出面炸漿非常薄同脆身入面嘅牛肉餡濃郁 同時啲熱力鎖哂喺炸漿入面 咬開會出煙雜錦串燒菇同燒雞皮必試雞皮本身油分重 燒完保持到香脆而不油膩炸錦天婦羅炸蝦🦐外脆內嫩最後嗌咗個細嘅鍋物湯水好清甜細細煲入面材料好多種類原來除咗刺身類 呢間嘅和食都非常有心思
