To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沒想到銅鑼灣日本菜 有間咁抵食又味道唔錯,入到去都幾日本風而價錢仲要真心唔貴就叫了幾款來吃。看到這裡的刺身多選擇,最後就叫了三文魚腩刺身推介$68有4件,來到見到堅仲要厚切,啖啖魚脂三文魚味都濃,十分好食,點少少豉油和芥末已足夠。再來看到炒野菜只需$48當然都叫一份,炒得幾香,仲有些木魚絲一齊食最正。牛肉壽喜燒$88不少地方都有,但來到仲有火點住比較少點,因為可以將牛肉煮熟點幾好不會太熟而硬身,下面的菜不少仲有豆腐吸晒壽喜燒味不錯,而且都幾大份。
