To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

哈哈~好久沒有打食評,唔知道會唔會又不能上載負評。同朋友點了二人中午套餐定食,埋單約合共690元。以定食盒來說 唔平,但只求日式服務。朋友先攞位,疫情 規範下 應該保持一米半的距離,但這間店舖安排客人坐位明顯只有半米。當時平日中午一點,以圓方商場來說這是一間很寬闊和多座位的食店,由於價格與人流關係平日午飯時間食客也只佔三至五成座位。以日式食店這店舖絕對可以安排坐位更加 妥當。可惜顧客要求轉位,女經理不是太過願意和找借口拒絕!食物刺身方面,中吞拿魚入口肥美,三文魚不夠新鮮有腥味,甲羅燒味道比較淡,三文魚籽都唔夠新鮮, 牡丹蝦大隻但上菜前未有立即送上食檯變咗一點溫度。用中價珍珠米做飯,飯身比較乾 米醋味淋不夠突出。芥末蓉可以合格,起碼不是芥末辣粉開的泥膠。加茶服務不夠 積極,經理有turn the blind eyes情況。食到甜品 經理開始趕收碗筷,由於只是收完碗筷就離開,令到桌面更nasty 墊枱紙弄濕了 倒到一檯子水也沒有抹,留下桌面一堆紙張垃圾。
