之前朋友試過漁獲浜燒後,大讚及極力推介,所以襯住今晚過去銅鑼灣,順便去試試。位於澳門逸園中心的漁獲浜燒,樓上樓下多數是同類型的日本餐廳,如何能突圍而出呢?7點多去到坐低無耐就已經全場滿座,生意似乎不錯。被安排坐在刺身吧枱,刺身枱乾淨企理,值得一讚。細芝麻鹽醬椰菜:椰菜是人手撕的,成不規則狀,味道爽脆鮮甜,加上有點咸味及芝麻汁調味,清新爽脆。凍豆腐:豆腐很嫩滑,表面放上薑蓉及葱等,淋上日式醬汁,感覺清新。香煎蒜片厚切牛舌:牛舌肉厚味濃,肉質煙韌彈牙,有咬口,配上蒜香味,非常惹味。味噌蟹甲羅燒配多士:店員先把預備好的蟹甲羅送上枱面給我們拍照,然後放在一旁排隊等店員燒。味噌蟹甲羅燒其實是蟹膏、蟹肉絲及生鵪鶉蛋配搭燒成。蟹甲羅燒燒好後會加上點麵包槺,而燒好後的蟹甲羅會比較濃稠,主要是加了鵪鶉蛋,令其凝固。蟹甲羅味道鮮甜,帶有海鮮的咸香味,質感軟滑,塗在多士上一起吃能中和咸味,不過多士比較硬身,如果焗脆一點會比較好吃。刺身盛合六款及秋刀刺身油甘魚肉質結實且彈牙,有種獨特的甘香味,油脂豐富。拖羅是七款中最好味,魚味鮮甜,肉味濃郁,油份甘香,入口即溶,肥美無比。吞拿魚色澤呈深紅色,肉味都算濃郁但無三

三文魚是第二好味,可能本身最鍾意都是三文魚,對其有種執著,三文魚色澤呈鮮橙色,油脂比例均勻,肉味鮮甜而且肉質肥美,但不會太膩。

秋刀魚絕對是有驚喜,平時食開的秋刀魚都是煮熟食,但都會有點腥味及多骨,但今次這個秋刀魚刺身簡直令人喜出望外,完全無腥味而且非常新鮮,有魚肉的鮮甜,味道濃郁,不過當晚是最後一條,想再叫都無啦。

總結:刺身新鮮,肉質鮮甜,絕對高質,加上店員會介紹每日新鮮來貨,務求能夠吃到最新鮮的刺身,絕對要一讚,其他熱食味道中上,價錢徧貴但跟質素成正比,下次會約朋友試埋佢個燒海鮮,似乎不錯。
