餐廳走平價日式食堂路線,刺身、壽司、爐端燒、炸物飯類樣樣有,酒類選擇不多,因此餐廳走的絶非居酒屋路線。看罷菜牌,決定刺身、燒物、飯麵各點一份。最先到的是前菜及南瓜三文魚麵豉湯。未把前菜放入口中亦未知是何許食物,一嚐方知是以雞蛋黃混和蛋白、胡椒粒及蛋黃醬的全蛋沙律,胡椒跟蛋味出奇的合拍,蛋黃的香氣提昇了許多許多。湯的甜味甚足,以三文魚肉、白蘿蔔、南瓜蓉及麵豉煮成,材料勁足。日本珍味刺身拼盤,有四片金目鯛及兩片大拖羅。魚肉外觀充滿光澤,外表已告訴了你兩者同樣新鮮。金目鯛略經火炙後帶有焦香,味道更為豐富,大拖羅是預期的甘香甜美,店雖小但用料絶不馬虎。爐端燒水準合理,雞翼外皮香脆,肉汁含量一般。牛舌及羊架很出色,牛舌只賣HK$18/串,卻只用舌心軟滑部份,沒有將貨就價。羊架肉嫩汁豐,羶味不會過重,用的亦是揀手貨色。鰻魚飯用上半條蒲燒鰻,很慷慨的份量,鰻魚有約5mm 的厚度,皮燒得風脆,肉質香糯。以HK$48免加一的的價錢,可以吃到連前菜及麵豉湯的定食,性價比相當的高!日式胡麻醬跟秋葵味道甚合,配以冷麵,味道酸酸甜甜的,適合夏天食用。吃罷衆多食物,總體來說,以刺身水準最佳,鰻魚飯性價比最高,燒物
