To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然阿媽年屆80有多，但佢都好髦架，好鍾意食魚生同壽司🍣今年母親節決定唔食中餐，帶佢佢食番餐日本魚生。特上刺身黎到啦😋，緊係相機食先打打卡，連阿媽都話盤魚生好正要影底相show比啲friend睇下🤣。嘩，拖羅一定係最正，油花堅足，入口甘香，即時溶化；珍寶赤海蝦，超大隻，入口啖啖肉，甘甜爽脆黏口，非常新鮮；整體成盤魚生阿媽都食到嘴舐舐😋😋。原條鹿兒島鰻魚$384，為慶祝母親節做緊半價，$198就食倒😋，鰻魚面頭燒得好甘香，肉身軟滑，醬汁甜而不膩，如果有碗白飯🍚就正啦😝。今年餐母親節飯阿媽非常滿意，大讚千両好有水準。在此要讚一讚今日係門口安排坐位嘅店員，非常專業有禮貌，即使見佢忙到飛起，佢都係笑面迎人，有問必答⋯⋯讚讚讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
