打邊爐條筋一抽起呢就㩒都㩒唔住🤣香港人夏天都打邊爐是常識吧 不用驚訝今晚都唔例外 尤其係休漁期剛過仲唔係好時機🤩終於試到游水花竹蝦 刺身食 上檯時隻蝦仲識郁勁新鮮蝦肉爽彈到一個點 鮮甜❤️蝦頭連殼掉落個鍋 食熟咗嘅蝦頭膏同蝦身少少肉 熟嘅無刺身咁好食仲叫咗牛胸爽、手切本地牛、脆鯇腩、黑柏葉、萵苣牛胸爽真係好爽 其實佢唔係脂肪嚟係胸肋骨中間嘅軟骨 所以有好豐富嘅骨膠原要食多啲😎😎手切本地牛 肉味濃有咬口脆鯇腩呢個時候都仲食到彈牙 認真唔錯

牛胸爽真係好爽 其實佢唔係脂肪嚟

係胸肋骨中間嘅軟骨 所以有好豐富嘅骨膠原

要食多啲😎😎

手切本地牛 肉味濃有咬口

脆鯇腩呢個時候都仲食到彈牙 認真唔錯
