To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度嘅set lunch menu都有幾多選擇，由價錢平嘅60幾70蚊至到價錢貴嘅120蚊左右任君選擇，今日就揀咗個魚生定食同埋一份鰻魚飯，魚生定食質素唔錯但係過鰻魚飯就強差人意。如山定食有兩件三文魚、兩件墨魚、兩件章紅魚、兩隻隻蝦仲有一隻鮑魚，都幾新鮮。加錢轉做拉麵都幾大碗。兩個餐都跟一碟小食同埋一碗麵豉湯。鰻魚飯就麻麻地，鰻魚比較薄身同埋整得唔夠乾身，飯就感覺上唔係完全嘅日本珍珠米，所以口感差少少，不過價錢嚟講都算抵食嘅。
