Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二訪位於灣仔合和中心3樓的一遊居酒屋。室內環境寬敞,座位不侷促,以暖色系嘅木質裝修,呈現一種質樸舒服的感覺 。善之水餐廳從日本酒廠自家釀製,質地清澈,淡口,味道微甜帶米香。真鯛薄造白身鯛魚刺身簿切,肉質雪白,帶粉紅色群邊,味道清新鮮美,可沾上酸汁享用。壽司十貫舍利大小酸度適中,有三文魚腩,吞拿魚赤身,赤貝,海膽,吞拿魚蓉等等。紅酒溫泉蛋煮牛肉醬汁和豐厚的牛肉油脂帶有濃郁口感。燉煮後的肉質軟嫩,很有風味。東洋卷以pancake皮包裹住蟹籽,沙律醬,牛油果🥑和鰻魚,口感豐富特別。薑燒豚肉石鍋飯石鍋飯熱辣辣,底下仲有啲飯焦添,加上肥瘦分明嘅豚肉片,大滿足。
