To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食得一肚氣的一餐飯檸檬蒸魚:成枱人都話有生以來第一次見有餐廳會半條魚上碟,仲要砍唔見咁中間一啲。由於真係無辦法接收,我哋請侍應收走,轉頭侍應又要代廚房解釋,話因為切開時要分大細骨,所以條魚唔見咁部分,然後秒閃再唔敢行埋來。其實真係唔解釋好過,完全解唔通,加上點解可以蒸半條魚?!?好彩已經係最後一碟餸,激氣到唔想叫甜品,食埋其他嘢走人啦。白蘿蔔牛腩煲:味道算可以,可惜在牛腩一塊塊灰色,賣相打大折扣。上湯蒜子浸芥菜膽:無菜膽得菜葉,味道正常,份量好細。杏汁豬肺湯:好飲好香,好彩早早有碗靚湯打底,之後碟碟都。。。
