To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為街坊,喺佢仲叫福椽時已經食左佢十几年。前兩年易左手比人,覺得好可惜,因為食唔番咁新鮮嘅魚生。想當年好食之餘用料新鮮,呢排知佢開番,即去。晚市好多人,排隊排到出外面。所以叫左兩客雜錦刺身飯拎走。老闆娘同職員依然一樣,唔知味道仲係咪一樣。一開蓋所有用料同以前一樣咁正,三文魚一如以往咁肥美同加長版,帶子鮮甜,魷魚爽脆,北寄貝甜,惟甜蝦質素可改善。麵豉湯比以前淡。攞走埋佢外賣紙有需要時用,依然美味抵食。
