To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Exit D出口行7-10分鐘就到，餐廳環境以木🪵為主調，有中東風格🇯🇴，而且有個雪櫃專放羊架🐑，好吸引。可惜今次得兩個人食唔到，不過後尾嗌咗個邪惡料理😈呢間餐廳有唔少料理都係用內臟烹調，如果唔食嘅話就要小心D😌一開始嗌左兩個starter。墨西哥辣椒雜果仁醬🥜（$115💰)依度嘅橄欖油唔知點解特別香，配上辣椒醬，香辣🔥，加上果仁嘅香味🌰。好足料，啖啖都有果仁肉。香煎法國雞心♥️佐紅石榴汁（$120💰) 雞心用洋蔥🧄煎炒過，加上甜嘅紅石榴汁，好香口。偏油，點包食啱啱好。 雖然有啲內臟嘅味道，鍾意食嘅人會覺得好香，如果介意都有檸檬可以中和🍋兔仔脾配炒飯🐇（$220💰）隻飯係正宗長身飯，再加左啲類似米粉，口感豐富。隻醬似係蕃茄同醃菜🍅，兔脾口感似雞肉，實淨，調味比較單一，但點隻醬食好有中東風味，隻醬配上肉有啲似中東kebab🥙 羊蛋蛋🥚（$160💰)就係我講嘅邪惡料理，質感有啲似鵝肝綿密，味道出奇地溫和，配上加咗黑醋嘅沙律菜🥗，酸酸甜甜幾fresh🍃Kanafeh ($105💰) 餐廳介紹呢個中東classic甜品。外皮香脆，似米粉餅，包住甜芝士🧀，有拉絲，上面灑咗開心果，配搭好sweet😍
