呢間嘉美喺太子同深水埗中間,因此行過我就記得呢度有間非常舊的傳統餅店,不過印象中上次好似只係買咗麵包,這次可以試埋其他傳統中式餅食因為菠蘿包就買俾小孩,頂上的菠蘿包皮都帶點香脆,不算太軟 林,都算有點功架的菠蘿包。另外這個看起來挺吸引,叫做小焦糖脆餅,但是它用香蕉的蕉,不是焦糖那個焦,不過食落又冇乜香蕉味,因此我估計佢都可能係寫咗錯別字,應該都係用焦糖的味道的脆餅,不過中間偏向軟林,不算特別香脆的。反而合桃酥質地就較為香脆,而且硬實,太大塊的合桃酥,味道又不會太甜,以這種傳統麵包店來說,也算是相當不錯的。牛脷酥酥皮多,只得黃色帶處檸檬味,沒特別,太乾

反而
合桃酥質地就較為香脆,而且硬實,太大塊的合桃酥,味道又不會太甜,
以這種傳統麵包店來說,也算是相當不錯的。
