To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於以前住喺我們隔離屋嘅Uncle同Auntie話最近好耐都無見過我們兼一齊飲茶食飯,所以Uncle特意一早約咗我們今日中午一齊去旺角仕德福酒店嘅「陶源酒家」請我們一家飲中午茶!我們叫咗廚師長推介:濃湯海斑球泡米線「一窩」嘅米線麵質好軟滑,海斑球嘅肉質相當鮮甜彈牙,而且份量十足,我們每人都可以有一至兩件,仲有啲爽甜嘅勝瓜同黑木耳,真係好足料抵食呀!一哥靚叉燒拌黑木耳嘅叉燒絕對唔係靚叉燒,因肉質又乾又硬實,好似食緊一「嚿」用嚟煲完湯,質感好硬實實淋咗啲蜜汁喺表面嘅瘦肉咁,認真嚇人!懷舊蜜汁叉燒酥嘅外層好酥脆,蜜汁嘅味道好香甜,但叉燒嘅份量唔算太多!醬皇豉蒜蒸鳳爪醃得好入味,質感亦好腍身!陶源鮑汁叉燒包嘅包質好軟熟,鮑汁嘅味道都幾惹味,而叉燒粒嘅肉質都幾鬆軟!山竹牛肉球嘅肉質好鮮嫩多汁,牛肉味都幾香濃,芫茜嘅味道亦都幾清香!香滑馬蹄牛肉腸粉嘅腸粉皮好晶瑩薄身,可以好清晰咁睇到入面份量十足嘅牛肉餡料!別有洞天鴛鴦脆皮腸係用黑色皮同白色皮嘅腸粉組合而成,軟滑嘅腸粉皮包著炸得好香脆嘅脆皮,再包著爽甜彈牙嘅蝦膠,食落層次感非常豐富,而且諗到用「黑白配」呢個組合,真係相當有創意同新意!脆皮金勾鹹水角

脆皮金勾鹹水角炸得外層好金黃香脆,入面嘅質感就好煙韌,但餡料嘅份量就比較少!
蝦乾肉碎蛋白炒飯炒得好乾身同粒粒分明,材料好足料豐富!
荷葉紅米珍珠鷄同平日食開嘅唔同,因呢度係用紅米嚟做,所以感覺會健康啲,而且質感更加煙煙韌韌,真係好正呀!
生磨蛋白杏仁茶嘅杏仁味唔係好濃郁,而且比較稀,蛋白嘅份量就極之少!
