今日想食北京填鴨,見呢間有特別食法一於試吓咩情況😆環境夠闊落,仲有室外坐,有埋海景不過我好怕熱,都係留返係冷氣地方😆嚟到就係為咗要試呢個!✨羲和馳名烤鴨(半套) $388首先上咗個八寶盒先然後會有人專門出嚟幫我哋片鴨肉每次片緊嗰陣現場都會即刻香噴噴然後職員會好仔細同我哋介紹點食法最左邊嘅鴨皮就係點爆炸糖同藍莓醬!本身就咁食應該會有小小漏但呢個食法幾得意,第一次試幾新奇中間嗰個皮連鴨肉肉質比較厚實係點芥末醬,又係未食過嘅食法出奇地又幾好食!最右就係大片皮連肉,帶住啲脂肪就係傳統食法,用餅皮包住食呢到可以試用藍莓醬,山楂同蔥去包或者傳統嘅蔥,青瓜,烤鴨醬✨芥末沙律蝦球 $178蝦球好彈牙,同芥末沙律醬好夾如果怕漏人士可以整走少少醬都一樣咁好味!✨青梅小排骨 $148酸酸甜甜幾開胃,份量足夠!聞落以為會好酸,但食落完全唔覺有淡淡的青梅香味,同排骨好夾✨羲和小肉餅 $68好精緻嘅小肉餅,個皮好脆仲可以自己唧啲醬落去,好新奇✨蒜蓉粉絲蒸娃娃菜 $138呢度連個菜都特別精緻過人成朵花咁✨椰香芋圓紫米露 $68✨燕窩紫薯蒸蛋白 $138最後食埋兩個精緻甜品,甜度剛剛好又圓滿咗一餐!
