happy friday當然係周圍搵下好野食,最近就去左荃灣呢間日式餐廳,佢地主打食日式卷物,因為好少食呢類型就去試下~圖文並茂,望到都流晒口水,而且佢地既卷物啲名都好有特色!龍捲風沙律,有多款新鮮蔬菜、中華沙律同蟹柳,夠晒鮮味,加上脆片豐富口感,沙律醬酸酸甜甜更帶辣,似用左辛明太子,辣辣地刺激味蕾夠惹味,份量好多好滿足!蜘蛛,造型以一塊大沙律菜扮蜘蛛身,再用醬汁扮成蜘蛛腳。餡料有炸軟殼蟹配青瓜、牛油果同蟹柳,帶嚟絕妙嘅飽滿口感。軟殼蟹香脆可口,配合新鮮嘅蔬菜同牛油果,真係令人味蕾大開!火山,最具特色嘅卷物,因為佢係著住火咁上菜,打卡度滿分!上層以新鮮帶子同蟹柳組合,而飯卷就用左青瓜、牛油果等,明火燒到啲蟹柳微焦,食落勁香口,口感好豐富!看似一大舊飯,但其實係6件卷物合併而成。帶子鮮甜,加上其他食材嘅搭配令味道更加層次分明。日式章魚小丸子,睇圖好吸引所以叫多左碟小丸子,外脆內軟,不過粉漿多左啲,同章魚較細粒,性價比不高。
