To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 意樂呢期出左兩款新品 牛油果大蝦扁意粉同牛油果烤雞Risotto,雖然個樣好似好伏🤣但係作為牛油果愛好者,掙扎完一輪都係決定去試下。上一次食意樂已經係幾年前,個湯扁意粉難食到入左我blacklist🥵事隔多年睇下有無進步先。Dinner時間around等左三個字左右就有得食,時間合理嘅,不過有樣抵讚,野食上到枱放入口都仲係熱辣辣,唔係整定好耐嗰啲。個牛油果意粉入面有枝豆,啡菇,牛油果蓉同埋開邊蝦,蝦肉份量都幾多,而且鮮甜爽身唔霉。意外地牛油果蓉同啲creamy嘅都幾夾🤣完全唔黑暗料理,甚至都幾好食,加埋啡菇同枝豆,就好似素食餐廳嘅意粉咁,不過畫龍點睛嘅地方就在於加左蝦,令到每啖意粉都有鮮味,唔單調。整體有75分+,都算係洗白左我對意樂嘅印象🤣,不過加埋飲品70蚊可能cp值就唔算特別高喇。
