今日又嚟到觀塘揾食,女友話要食日本嘢,揾到一間叫古今二既餐廳,剩睇名真係唔知食咩。食日本菜,裝修反而好工業風原來餐廳主打特色卷物,價錢唔算貴,但總算帶俾我地新意!當然要食傳統壽司餐廳都有提供!特色卷物d名都好得意,就咁睇真係唔知係咩,但點單紙都有列明fillings係咩呢個叫煙花既卷物就係辣味三文魚+辣味吞拿魚+脆片,三樣野加埋一齊辣辣地,蟹籽同沙律醬好開胃,加上脆片口感脆脆地,都幾得意!另外一個東京爆脆就係吞拿魚+蟹柳,再用火槍燒燒表面,壽司有少少飯焦真係好好食!入面d料都好足架!鹽燒活鰻魚味好重,肉質新鮮,少少鹽調味已經好鮮!串燒叫左個自家製既雞肉冬菇串燒,果然自家製既特別彈牙,無外面雞肉既雪藏味,加左冬菇特別香!唔夠飽叫多個鹽燒黃花一夜干定食,一夜干既做法更加可保存魚既肉汁,魚肉嫩滑,食到原汁原味
