To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想嘗試傳統中式點心,又想嘗試創意菜式?「龍點心✨」絕對能滿足你的所有需求!餐廳除了供應經典點心,更推出了一系列創新菜式,包括蒸飯、擔擔麵和特色甜品,應有盡有。環境雅致,裝潢簡約,非常適合用膳聚會。首先是「荀尖蝦餃皇」。🥟 原隻蝦肉鮮甜扎實,加上嫩滑的荀尖,實在是充滿口感,傳統又好味。另一款是「脆脆富貴紅米腸」,咬下去竟然能聽到清脆的聲音,飽滿多汁,再配上富貴紅米腸粉外皮,香甜又有嚼勁。「蘿蔔絲酥」係我既必食之選,外層酥脆鬆化,薄如蟬翼,剛好包裹著鮮甜多汁的蘿蔔絲,絕對巧手好味。而主食有「普通擔擔麵」。🍜 麵條Q彈爽口,配以濃郁的擔擔醬汁,更有粒粒可口的花生粒,入口濃郁細膩,回味無窮。另一主食是「章魚肉餅蒸飯」。🍚 肉餅鮮嫩多汁,配上一碗香噴噴的白飯,簡直是人間美味!最後則是「黑金流沙包」,既有流沙餡,又有黑色麵皮包裹,既富有創意,又口感十足。總的來說,「龍點心✨」集傳統與創新於一身,每一道菜品都讓人驚喜連連,絕對是不容錯過既餐廳。
