To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於觀塘Eastcore既新派點心店-龍點心🐉點心款式創新，別具特色😆尖沙咀同灣仔都有分店~🍴龍芋酥($42)外層炸到金黃色，內餡係香軟既芋泥，包住肉碎，味道鹹鹹甜甜👅味道同芋角幾相似。🍴蘿蔔絲酥($42)外皮酥脆，𥚃面既蘿蔔絲清甜有汁💦唔錯 👍🏻🍴馬拉小籠包($48)係肉骨茶口味嘅小籠包，幾特別😝小籠包皮厚薄適中，幾多汁。🍴筍尖蝦餃皇($42)外皮幾煙韌，蝦肉爽彈🦐鮮味。🍴歎世界燒賣拼盤($70)拼盤有6款唔同口味既燒賣，以6個唔同國家嘅特色美食元素而製成，包括:日式鰻魚🇯🇵印度黃咖喱🇮🇳中國金華火腿🇨🇳星加坡黑胡椒🇸🇬德國鹹豬手🇩🇪同埋西班牙辣肉腸🇪🇸玩味十足。個人比較鍾意黃咖喱口味，同燒賣幾夾，而且味道較為濃郁~🍴厚切叉燒腸粉($48)腸粉包住滿滿既厚切叉燒，食起上黎啖啖肉👄肉質較紮實，如果再肥多多少少就更加好啦~
