今日去左圓方行街,圓方出名容易迷路🤣不過呢間餐廳都幾容易揾,望住水區的指示牌,好快就見到。餐廳設計係新式東南亞風,餐廳中央位置有流線型的圓型柱體,有d似熱帶地區的棕櫚樹。餐廳門口位置有半開放式座位,感覺都幾relax. 餐廳menu係fusion 星馬菜,好有特色,總類都多。椰香巴東牛肉煲伴越南賓海$182巴東牛肉用左牛腱,中間夾左好多筋腱位,好軟腍同膠原滿滿的感覺🥰個汁幾香濃惹味,辣辣地,賓海炸到脆身,同個汁好夾。慢煮美國原隻春雞扒配泰北冬陰公沙嗲汁$260雞扒慢煮完再煎,真係皮脆肉嫩。面頭放左好多櫻花蝦,好鮮味同脆口。個汁好特別,冬陰公加沙嗲汁😆感覺冬陰公味比較出色d。配菜仲有大啡菇,甘筍,四季豆,薯蓉,份量都幾多。總括嚟講,呢度時間款式幾多幾有創意,好多fusion的元素,價錢中上,不過份量都幾多,夠晒飽
