To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我間唔中都鍾意去飲茶,不過有時候傳統點心真係食到有D悶,所以最近就去左 【龍點心】試下。【龍點心】 本身裝修就超可爱同卡通復古,而食物就非常創新。一龍大滿足:有六款特色蒸餃包括筍尖蝦餃皇、酸菜魚鳳眼餃、松露野菌晶瑩餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、糯米燒賣、豌豆桃子。完全可以滿足選擇困難症,因爲一次過可以試曬。個人比較推薦松露野菌晶瑩餃、糯米燒賣同豌豆桃子。松露野菌晶瑩餃松露味滿滿、糯米燒賣軟軟糯糯、豌豆桃子有D似斑斕味奶黃包,又幾好食。一口鹹水角:一口一個,新鮮炸起,皮又唔係好厚拉絲菠蘿包:好少見係芝士餡,甜甜既菠蘿外皮再加鹹香芝士,好特別。脆脆富貴紅米腸:腸粉包住左蝦春卷,外面軟、裹面脆。不過食得多有D膩。櫻花果凍天鵝酥:櫻花果凍本身無味但加左黑糖。而天鵝酥入面係紅豆餡,打卡一流。
