To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無啦啦夜晚想食點心，但通常點心都係早市同午市有做，唔多餐廳晚市都會有點心供應。咁岩係觀塘eastcore開左間新餐廳叫龍點心，仲要有晚市點心供應，拿臨臨試下佢地既創新點心。餐廳主打燒賣，淨係燒賣都有6款唔同口味可以做拼盤，不過我個人口味都係鐘意原味多啲。其他點心都行創新路線，都要趁今次試下。有一款叫口水汁龍利柳腸粉，聽個名好似完全唔搭，但食落口竟然意想不到咁好食，魚肉同腸粉一樣咁嫩滑，配埋口水汁令味道層次再昇華。
