This might be one of my new favourite dessert spots! This soya milk concept store takes a spin on the traditional bean curd pudding dessert and to create a range of unique flavours and products. They make their soya milk fresh everyday, and it’s no surprise why their queues are so long! 🥛 Pic 1️⃣&2️⃣: 三色芋圓豆花 / Tofu Pudding with Taro Balls - $32 hkd 🥣 — This was so delicious! — This was so delicious! Loved the creamy and smooth texture of the tofu pudding, which had a really rich soy taste and aroma to it. I’ve really never had tofu pudding which is so creamy and light! This dessert is definitely a great choice for anyone who loves taro balls, as their homemade taro balls are insanely chewy and have a mild taro taste to them. The brown sugar layered in between gives the dessert a nice sweetness to it without being too sugary.

— Pretty good as the soya milk taste was really prominent but I thought the ice cream was way too sweet. I also had the impression that the ice cream would be really smooth and creamy, but instead it had an icy and grainy texture which I didn’t enjoy that much. Taste was good overall but not a fan of the texture.
