To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時我同朋友都喺創興中心做gym,創興中心入面有好多餐廳,其中中菜代表有盈館。今日我同幾位朋友做完gym決定落去盈館食個晚飯。盈館係一間傳統酒樓,裝潢同我想像中差唔多。大圓枱、地氈同魚缸係傳統酒樓必備元素🤩- 北京片皮鴨配料有蔥白絲、青瓜、甜醬。師傅切出嚟嘅片皮鴨既肉幾厚,而且切得唔係太工整。雖然刀工麻麻,不過份量好多,而且只係$168,所以其實好抵食👍🏻- 冰鎮咕嚕肉咕嚕肉被一堆冰塊包住,食落外皮冰凍同少少脆口,入面肉質鬆軟,不過略嫌太過濕潤,無咗外冷內熱嘅口感🤔- 香芒脆蝦球職員建議連埋生菜一齊食,但我地以為只係裝飾所以無食到🤣。蝦球酥脆,配上少少芒果肉同沙律醬,味道甜而不膩。- 甜麵醬黑豚肉炒花生芽我認為最有驚喜既一道菜式,估唔到花生芽如此甘脆爽嫩,口感同一般芽菜截然不同。黑豚肉炒得香口,配上甜麵醬更香濃惹味。- 黑白爽身慢煎龍躉扒因為慢煎關係,龍躉扒係壓軸出場🥳。龍躉扒幾鮮甜,而且煎得幾香口,旁邊有爽口既黑木耳。以上菜式平均$150,份量好大,味道以甜麵醬黑豚肉炒花生芽同香芒脆蝦球最出色👍🏻
