起初我們都擔心伏,嚮繁忙時段居然不用等位。吃過之後,真的要替他們平反。炸鯪魚球及炸魚片頭兩者都非常彈牙,有口感。用來送酒或做小食是非常好的。菠蘿生炒骨炒得很脆不乾硬,而且很入味,酸酸甜甜很是開胃的。蒜蓉炒芥蘭雖是簡單,但也是需要功架的,自問要做到色青嫩口又冇菜青味,我就真係做唔到。頭抽乾牛河也是看似容易,但暗藏技術的。要兜得勻循,色澤及味道才會一致,火力要夠猛,炒速要夠快牛肉才會嫩口及食材才不會黐住鑊底。於我而言,還是做食客好過入廚操刀。
