To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日(5-Oct-08)同老婆來到加太賀食晚飯, 可能來得早, 七點未夠就已經入座, 又可能是下大雨關係, 店內有很多位置任選。看一看Menu, 都有好多唔同的食物, 可以叫做樣樣齊, 壽司、手卷、拉麵、定食 ... ...我們叫的菜式都好大路下：花之戀壽司吞拿魚壽司雞扒定食麵豉拉麵一枝啤酒花之戀壽司其實是三文魚+蟹子, 但份量十足, 果然是本店招牌菜式。吞拿魚壽司就幾一般, 沒有甚麼驚喜。雞扒定食都好正路, D日本飯都算煮得唔差, 雞扒的醬油比較少, 但竟然有一堆牙菜, 唔係掛, 好似cheap 了一D.麵豉拉麵都沒有甚麼特別, 有好多玉米粒, 肉粒就比較少, 味道還可以, 但個麵豉湯底就清淡了一些, 比雞扒定食的那個麵豉湯還要甜。餐廳的服務算唔差, 可能今日唔多客人, 還境及室內裝修都好有日本風味。兩個人食晚餐 $205 <---- 加一及信用咭九折後整體而言, 不過不失。

我們叫的菜式都好大路下：
花之戀壽司
吞拿魚壽司
雞扒定食
麵豉拉麵
一枝啤酒
花之戀壽司其實是三文魚+蟹子, 但份量十足, 果然是本店招牌菜式。
吞拿魚壽司就幾一般, 沒有甚麼驚喜。
雞扒定食都好正路, D日本飯都算煮得唔差, 雞扒的醬油比較少, 但竟然有一堆牙菜, 唔係掛, 好似cheap 了一D.

麵豉拉麵都沒有甚麼特別, 有好多玉米粒, 肉粒就比較少, 味道還可以, 但個麵豉湯底就清淡了一些, 比雞扒定食的那個麵豉湯還要甜。
餐廳的服務算唔差, 可能今日唔多客人, 還境及室內裝修都好有日本風味。
兩個人食晚餐 $205 <---- 加一及信用咭九折後
整體而言, 不過不失。
