To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黃昏時段到鋪，各個櫃內已清空大部分麵包款式。幸好想食既抹茶比高仍有數個，其餘款式好似：招牌牛角包、芋泥小盒、松露超級蘑菇等等都想試，但比伯爵愛文芒麵包吸引左，其他既唯有下次再試啦。宇治納言比高$25比高表現到應有外殼鬆脆，內裏柔軟有嚼勁。配上受喜愛經典抹茶紅豆麻薯餡料，味道甘甜平衡。伯爵愛文芒$36淡淡伯爵茶香麵包，餡料配上夏日時令食材愛文芒果稱用酒釀製過再加上乳酪醬製作而成。味道清新香甜，享受仲夏感覺。
