臨放工接到媽媽的電話,說今晚沒有餸,叫我斬料加餸。我在佐敦寶靈街見到「 陶園燒臘飯店」, 燒味賣相不錯,決定斬自己喜歡的燒排骨和媽媽喜歡的油雞加餸。「陶園」是傳統的燒臘店,店內擺放了幾張圓枱給客人堂食,燒味有很多款,大大隻燒鵝、 燒鴨、燒肉、鹽焗雞、 鹵水鵝、鹵水鴨和叉燒等……配飯就40多元有交易,價錢合理。燒排骨肉質嫩滑,味濃,帶甜味,加上輕微燒焦的肉特別香,自己不喜歡啖啖肉,所以對燒排骨情有獨鍾。豉油雞半隻雞肉嫩滑,有豉油的香味,雞腿最厚肉的地方剛剛熟,雞胸肉不會老,烹調時間掌握得很好。
