To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返屋企食飯,行過見到D齋,忽然好想食齋鹵味,我就買咗$15 (任揀3欵),我要甜酸齋、齋鴨腎和齋义燒,再加齋雞扎($5),攞番屋企加餸。酸齋最好味、齋鴨腎就硬咗少少又甜咗少又,而齋义燒也OK。其實我最鐘意食咖哩齋,但今日買晒。但齋雞扎就痲麻哋,芋頭又唔夠粉,味道又淡咗D。

酸齋最好味
