To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佢哋嘅招牌菜式之一 羅漢齋。呢道菜色彩繽紛,好多新鮮嘅蔬菜同豆腐塊,一睇就開胃。蔬菜嘅新鮮度同口感真係令人驚喜,每一口都充滿咗天然嘅甜味。豆腐塊嘅口感豐富,外酥內嫩,忍唔住多食幾塊。整道菜香味滿滿,絕對係素食愛好者嘅最愛。除咗羅漢齋,佢哋仲有一道經典嘅小食─牛蒡煎餅。呢個小食係我喺素食餐廳頭次嚐到,給咗我好大嘅驚喜。牛蒡煎餅嘅外皮金黃酥脆,裡面係軟嫩多汁嘅牛蒡絲。佢嘅口感獨特,一口咬落去,蔬菜嘅甜味同鹹香完美結合,令人回味無窮。最後,佢哋嘅紫菜卷。呢道菜簡單但美味,紫菜鮮嫩口感同裡面嘅蔬菜絲完美契合。食一口,蔬菜嘅脆度同紫菜嘅鮮味喺口中交織,好愉悅。加上佢哋自家製嘅醬料,更能提升整體嘅風味。呢間唔只係一個素食餐廳,更係一個令人身心放鬆嘅地方。餐廳環境溫馨舒適,充滿自然氛圍,令人彷彿置身於田園之中。 continue reading

自從兩個月前轉左大部份時間素食之後,我都幾依賴呢一間小店,每日都希望食一啲健康而又送到飯嘅素食,所以一有機會就叫個兩餸飯加支嘢飲。兩餸選擇唔算多,不過必叫嘅係梅菜素扣肉,鍾意佢梅菜較多唔係太重味,扣肉軟林林蒟蒻咁樣竟然做到啲汁炆到入去嘅感覺。有問過自己係咪齋口唔齋心,其實唔係,因為呢一味餸係咁多款式裏便最好送飯同埋入味嘅選擇,唔通下下嗌炸素春卷嚟送飯咩😙 另外仲試咗咖喱薯仔、羅漢齋、牛蒡煎餅、紫菜卷,都好食嘅,有幾條綠色嘅新鮮蔬菜🥬,very proper working meal👍 continue reading

去藍田看醫生,早了到又想找些什麼止口痕,就在去轉麥記買咖啡的途中發現了這小小素食檔。玻璃櫥窗裡有各式素點心(事實上連一整條芋頭魚都有,好誇張!),點心呢就 $20 有四件,像我只買一隻眉豆茶果的便要 $5.5。非常工整的一隻茶果,皮很薄,也比一般吃到的茶果煙韌,相信是糯米粉的比例較高吧?而且這個皮也相當甜呢。裡面的眉豆餡可以用幼滑來形容,卻是缺了一粒粒細碎眉豆提供的口感;更重要的是,沒有了茶果的靈魂:五香粉!那真的是一個遺憾來的... continue reading

今次係我第ㄧ次寫食評,因為這間素食店既荼粿實在好好食,所以不得不向大家推介!眉豆荼粿:每個星期都心思思想食,糯米皮幾薄,可看見入面的眉豆餡,眉豆餡真材實料 而且糯米皮十分軟糯,煙韌, 食落有糯米皮的甜和眉豆餡的鹹,頗特別,好幸福~ 紅豆荼粿: 由於眉豆荼粿不是次次買到,無眉豆荼粿時,只好以紅豆荼粿作替代品, 其實食落同眉豆餡的差不多,不過都是以眉豆荼粿作首選.擂沙湯圓:芝麻餡份量足,很香芝麻味,不只是ㄧ味死甜椰絲花生糯米磁:可能是我不愛]椰絲的關係,略嫌太多椰絲,吃了ㄧ半即放棄。奶皇卷:無咩奶皇味,可不試還試過叉燒包和菜肉包,都係真既有肉的好味D,加上吃時己凍到硬曬,想食去茶樓吧.總括來說,這素食店最岀色的不是素食,反而是甜點,記得試眉豆荼粿,必食 continue reading
