To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚饭时间经过漆咸道的谭仔,刚好肚子有点饿,就进去医肚。他们的生意不错,百分之八十的桌子都有客人,幸好找座位不是问题。已经在其他分店吃过几次谭仔,对他们的配菜也颇为熟悉。由于前两次偏咸的上汤汤底,这次就加了2元要了蕃茄汤底。要了三种配料:鱼腐、牛肉和五花肉。五花只有三块,肉质有点韌,而且吃不出猪肉味。牛肉和鱼腐则有点碎,也是吃不出原来的味道。至于今次的主角:蕃茄汤,但只是一个蕃茄颜色的浓汤,而且味道偏咸,吃完感到很口渴。
